Return Policy

INNODevice's Return Policy is that all products returned for warranty or other reason require a valid RA number isssued by our warranty department to be displayed on the box for processing. Our receiving department refuses shipments without a clear RA number displayed on the label to prevent errors, mistakes and/ or lost merchandise. 

Privacy Policy

INNODevice's Privacy Policy is that we do not share or sell names, contact information including phone numbers, mailing addresses or email addresses with anyone that does not need it to complete your purchase and enjoyment of your INNO device. We want your business now and for a long time. We certainly don't want to share it with someone that would reduce your ability to fully enjoy current and future INNO devices. 

This means that we need to provide some information to some parties including shipping delivery companies, dealers, warranty service providers and similar. These are common and necessary to doing business but they are sharing of your information. 

In light of disclosures on hacking, we question if anything is fully secure and when total privacy is an issue, that you take the appropriate steps for your privacy assuming that despite our best intentions malicious hackers and foreign governments can reach your information. 

Transactions are through PayPal who is responsible for the privacy of your financial information. 

We provide emails upon your approval on information we believe to be of interest and value including product updates and new product release information. You can choose to opt out of receiving further emails at any time.
